ATU Wellpark Galway City Rental Agreement for a Turnkey Design Manufacture Install Modular Building

The project at ATU Wellpark Galway City involves the Design, Manufacture and Installation a two-storey modular building to accommodate a mix of Art Graphics Design rooms as well as Multimedia GCG Textile rooms and a computer room plus ancillary spaces, consistent with ATU’s scoping documents. Atlantic Technological University are proposing an initial contract of a 5-year rental period, with an option to convert to a direct purchase after year 2, or at the discretion of ATU to have a maximum rental period of up to 10 years. ATU also reserves the right to purchase the building at the end of the maximum 10 year rental period. The overall available site area/ footprint is approximately 25m long x 12.5m.
