Tender description

It is intended that this competition will form a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Works Contractors to carry out works projects, no project to exceed €5,000,000, for Heritage and Conservation Construction Works and Maintenance related activities to Monuments, Buildings, Structures and Landscapes and general construction works to Public Buildings in the Fingal County Council administrative area. The framework agreement will be established on foot of an initial contract for Refurbishment and Extension Works to Carnegie Free Library, Swords, County Dublin and will remain in place for a period of up to 4 years.
