GB-Benfleet: Refurbishment of 3G Artificial Turf Pitch

Tender description

Castle Point Borough Council is seeking tenders from experienced and qualified contractors for the refurbishment of its 3G artificial turf pitch at the Waterside Farm Leisure Centre, Sommes Avenue, Canvey Island, Essex, SS8 9RA. The scope of works includes minor preparatory works to the existing tarmacadam surface prior to the installation of a modern 3G synthetic turf surface system. The current perimeter fence is to be replaced, with new LED floodlighting scheme and hard standings. The desired timescale for works is 12 weeks. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
