Contract awarded pursuant to the terms of the Strategic Partnership Agreement (SPA) dated 20th December 2012, entered into between the Council and Eric Wright Group. The SPA was the subject of a competitive tender procedure conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (then in force) and confirmed in a Contract Notice published in the OJEU on 8th March 2012 (ref. 2012/S 470-0771170).
