Worcester Show – Alcohol Concession Contract

<p>Worcester City Council is seeking expressions of interest for the supply and sale of alcohol refreshment at Worcester Show. The Worcester Show is your village show on a City scale located in the centre of Pitchcroft Racecourse Worcester.</p> <p>The event is typically held on the second weekend in August each year. The contract for the supply and sale of alcohol shall be for 2 years and shall include an option to extend the contract for a further 2 years. Future confirmed dates for the annual event will be provided by Worcester City Council at least 6 months before the event.</p> <p>The successful Supplier will be required to provide alcohol refreshment over both days during the times of the two events only and in compliance with the premises licence. The council will look favourably on bids with a wide selection of beverages and provided across both days.</p> <p>Please see the procurement documents for further information.</p> <p>The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.</p> <p>To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents.
