Tender description

The proposed development on 1.84 acres of land provides for the provision of a sustainable and ecologically sensitive community park to include a multi-purpose sports green field, a playground, skate park, open air performance space, toilets and kitchenette facility, recycling zone, dog socialising area, alterations to parking at Robertstown National School, pedestrian link to the grand canal and the provision of landscaping and a raised walkway. The playground and green area include facilities for older children and a multi-use games pitch.
