Tender description
The Group intends to establish a Contract with suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the Provision of a Low Carbon Heating Installation, based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender. This Tender includes two alternative proposals: Option One is a proposed hybrid installation consisting of an air source heat pump and a multi split air conditioning system. Option Two is a proposed multi split air conditioning system serving the entire building. The Group will decide which option is most advantageous, once tenders have been returned and assessed. (Tenderers are invited to tender for either Option One or Option two or both)
