Tender description

NHS Supply Chain: Food (NHSSC: Food) seek to establish a non-exclusive Framework Agreement for the supply, delivery, installation (where applicable), commissioning (where applicable) and maintenance of Vending Solutions. Whilst it is anticipated that initial expenditure under any forthcoming procurement will be in the region of 9,750 ,000 GBP over an 18-month period, which combines the value of approximate purchase, rental and lease agreements of vending solutions across the full product range. For the full 48-month term (if extended) the anticipated value of the framework agreement will be in the region of GBP 26 000 000. These values are approximate only. This framework includes but is not limited to; Cold beverages, Snacks and Confectionary Vending Equipment, Chilled Food Vending Equipment, Hot Beverage Vending Equipment, Speciality Hot Beverage Vending Equipment, Hot Food Vending Equipment, Ward Beverage Trolleys, Water Coolers, Coffee Shop Solutions, Reverse Vending Machines, Maintenance and Servicing and Smart Technology Shops/Machines. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Cold beverages, Snacks and Confectionary Vending Equipment The range includes but is not limited to cold drinks and snack vending equipment. The products in this lot includes but are not limited to cold beverage only vending machine, snack only vending machine, cold beverage and snack vending machine Lot 2: Lot 2 - Chilled Food Vending Equipment The range includes but is not limited to chilled food vending equipment. The products in this lot includes but are not limited to chilled food carousel machines, 24 hour 7 day a week chilled food vending offer and chilled food lockers. Lot 3: Lot 3 - Hot Beverage Vending Equipment The range includes but is not limited to hot beverage vending equipment. The products in this lot includes but are not limited to table top instant coffee machine. Floor standing instant coffee machine, pod coffee machine and sachet coffee machine. Lot 4: Lot 4 - Speciality Hot Beverage Vending Equipment The range includes but is not limited to speciality hot beverage vending equipment. The products in this lot includes but are not limited to Barista style coffee machines and coffee bean grinders. Lot 5: Lot 5 - Hot Food Vending Equipment The range includes but is not limited to hot food vending equipment. The products in this lot includes but are not limited to hot food locker and 24 hour 7 day a week hot food vending offer. Machines often include integrated cooking facilities and products could be chilled, frozen and ambient. Lot 6: Lot 6 - Ward Beverage Trolleys The range includes but is not limited to Ward Beverage Trolleys. The products in this lot includes but are not limited to Ward Beverage Trolleys including additional options. Lot 7: Lot 7 - Water Coolers The range includes but is not limited to water coolers. The products in this lot includes but are not limited to floor standing bottle and mains fed water coolers, Wall mounted bottle filling stations and Water fountains. Lot 8: Lot 8 - Coffee Shop Solutions The range includes but is not limited to coffee shop franchise solutions. Lot 9: Lot 9 - Reverse Vending (Recycling Scheme) The range includes but is not limited to coffee shop franchise solutions. Lot 10: Lot 10 - Maintenance and Servicing The range includes but is not limited to the maintenance and servicing of vending equipment and solutions. Lot 11: Lot 11 - Smart Technology Shops/Machines The range includes but is not limited to smart technology which enables a self service retail solution.
