Bishop Burton College (hereafter, BBC) has secured Salix funding to upgrade the existing heating system & associated electric supplies at its Main Building & connected University Centre Annex building on its Main Campus in Bishop Burton, Beverley. A plan of the existing buildings is included in the appendices to this tender document. Part of these works is the design, specification, & supply of new Air Source Heating Pump (ASHP) heating source equipment to serve the two buildings. This tender document relates to the ASHP equipment design, specification, & supply works only and not to the wider heating unit replacement & electric upgrade works.
