Limerick City and County Council request the services of land valuers for the land and property described in drawing no GLR-CP0-P01 attached as Appendix A and the Schedule of Property attached in Schedule B for the Golf Links Road Junction Upgrade Scheme Compulsory Purchase Order. Valuations should be presented in a short report detailing how the values were determined and must be based on appropriate comparables. Data of the comparables will be clearly set out in the report. Following the initial provision of values, the successful applicant may be asked to provide all land and property services necessary for the acquisition of the lands for the Golf Links Road Junction Upgrade Scheme Compulsory Purchase Order.
