Tender description

Works to extend the existing Aspire Building at the Central Foundation Girls' School to allow for additional sixth form classes. A circa 600m2 extension over 3 storeys to accommodate 6nr new classrooms plus ancillary spaces. RC frame, brickwork facades, fully fitted out and to achieve a BREEAM Excellent score. Works to be procured via a single stage Design and Build route on RIBA Stage 3 information, and ultimately using a JCT Contract with amendments.
