Works in connection with Safe and Warm Homes Grants - V2

Tender description

Two additional contractors are required to carry out works on Unitas Safe & Warm Homes project (the works include but are not limited to; central heating upgrades, electrical upgrades, loft insulation, damp remedial works, internal repairs, external repairs and roof repairs) to complete our requirement to formulate a 3 contractor framework. The framework has previously been advertised but attracted insufficient interest to allow the appointment of the required three contractors. The contract duration is for an initial 2 year period with the option to extend for a further 2 years commencing in December 2023. The call off process is outlined within the contract attached to this tender. As the opportunity has been previously advertised, first place on the framework has been filled, the successful contractors from this tender will be placed second and third on the framework.
