T2464 - Supply, Delivery and Installation of Summer Plants. Belfast City Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced economic operators ‘Bidders’ for the Supply, delivery to site and Installation of Summer Plants and Containers (hanging baskets, flower tower, wall mounted manger baskets and barrier/troughs). When planted, these will be located throughout Belfast as part of the ‘Belfast in Bloom’ Initiative. Contractors must note that the empty containers are owned by Belfast City Council and remain property of Belfast City Council throughout the delivery of this Contract.
