The Works involve the Demolition and rebuilding of sheds,at 6 & 8 Warwick Way, Barry, CF62 9AB The Council requires one (1) competent contractor (“Supplier”) to carry out the Works outlined within the Pricing schedule (Appendix E) and in accordance with all additional information supplied. The successful Supplier will ensure that all Works are carried out promptly, effectively, within timescales and in ways that reflect contract holder satisfaction. Pre-Construction Information (Appendix D) contains the property address and other relevant information. Under no circumstances should bidders contact or attempt to contact any of the residing or adjacent residents during the bidding process. Any such contact will be treated as canvassing and any bidder engaging in such will be disqualified from the bidding process. However, if contractors are approached by residents, they must be polite, identify themselves and explain their reasons for being at the property.
