New Community Pavilion and Associated Works, Alan Evans Memorial Ground, Recreation Ground, Over Wallop, SO20 8JJ Over Wallop Parish Council is seeking tenders from suitable contractors for a new community pavilion on the Alan Evans Memorial Ground Over Wallop. Interested parties in tendering for the above works should contact the offices of Chaplin Farrant Wiltshire Ltd 27 St Thomas Street Winchester SO23 9HJ tel: 01962 862234 email: martyn.wiltshire@cfw-architects.com to receive the tender documentation , drawings, documents and specifications. The contract sum analysis in the documents is to be completed as a part of the tender return. The completed form of tender together with the contract sum analysis breakdown is to be submitted to Chaplin Farrant Wiltshire Ltd by email not later than 12.00am on the 8th December 2023. We would invite you to estimate the duration of the works and enter the dates in the Form of Tender included. The project works are to commence in January 2024.
