Online Point of Service (ONPOS) Wound Dressing Service Provision (SBS Call-off) for NHS Mid and South Essex ICB

Tender description

This is a Contract Award Notice being published by the Contracting Authority, NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB), (herein referred to as "The Authority"), to communicate that an above threshold contract was compliantly awarded to the provider Alliance Healthcare, via the Framework Agreement "SBS Call off Advanced Wound Care & Lymphoedema Products and Services Lot 8 'Delivery' (Reference SBS10142)". The award mechanism of this call-off was made in accordance with the frameworks terms and conditions, as the award is made based on best value for money. The award made to Alliance Healthcare (NHS SBS Supplier Reference # NWOS) is for the provision of Online Point of Service (ONPOS) Wound Dressing Service Provision (ONPOS). The contract commences on the 01st July 2023 - 30th June 2024, with the option to extend for a further 12 months. This is a zero-value-contract (cost and volume) with forecasted spend of a further £1,500,000 per year for the next 2 years. Therefore the total aggregate contract value including the option to extend is £3,000,000.00. The Authority is publishing this Contract Award Notice in the Contracts Finder in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020) for spend above £30,000.
