FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF HEAT PUMPS AND AIR TO AIR UNITS FOR LEITRIM COUNTY COUNCIL

Tender description

Leitrim County Council invites tenderers to return tender documents in accordance with the enclosed Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract. Contractors meeting the qualifying criteria shall be included on the framework which will commence in Q4 2023. For works up to a value of €5,000 (incl. VAT) the Framework will operate using the cascade method where a contract may be awarded by application of the terms already laid down in this Framework Agreement, without reopening competition at the discretion of Leitrim County Council. Under this method, the award of a contract will be made on the basis of the ranking of tenders on foot of this competition. Tenders are to be submitted via the electronic postbox available on www.etenders.gov.ie and shall consist of three separate folders/files containing each of the following (with the contents clearly stated on each) 1. Suitability Assessment Material including Suitability Declaration and PSCS Questionaire 2. Form of Tender and Schedule – Volume B 3. Fully priced Pricing Document – Volume C Item 1 to be submitted via Envelope 1- Technical Documents. Items 2 and 3. are to be submitted via Envelope 2 - Quotation Documents.
