Derby Homes Framework Agreement for Plastering, Tiling and Rendering services. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Plastering (Bespoke Rates) Lot 1 is for Plastering works utilising our bespoke schedule of rates. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Tiling (Bespoke Rates) Lot 2 is for Wall Tiling works utilising our bespoke schedule of rates. Lot 3: Lot 3 - Rendering (Bespoke Rates) Lot 3 is for un-insulated wall rending works utilising our bespoke schedule of rates. Lot 4: Lot 4 - Plastering (NAT FED rates) Lot 4 is for Plastering works utilising the M3NHF Schedule of Rates. Lot 5: Lot 5 - Tiling (NAT FED rates) Lot 5 is for wall tiling works utilising the M3NHF Schedule of Rates. Lot 6: Lot 6 - Rendering (NAT FED rates) Lot 6 is for un-insulated wall rending works utilising the M3NHF Schedule of Rates.
