Provision of public Electric Vehicle (EV) charging service

Tender description

The Council wishes to secure the provision of Electric Vehicle charging points in a town centre car park (at Winslow Public Hall, Elmfields Gate), to meet the needs of 'destination' and 'residential' users, for the benefit of commercial and social visitors to the town centre as well as local residents who have no private off-street options for parking and charging. The Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced supplier who can finance, design, implement, operate, support and maintain a minimum of four chargepoints initially at this site for a period of several years. The Council's primary objective is to secure the provision of a reliable service for the town's residents and visitors on reasonable financial terms for both the users and the Council.
