P19576 - Dublin Airport (DAP) Commercial, Operational and Retail Works Framework Agreement

Tender description

The Contracting Authority is looking to engage with suitable contractors to undertake commercial fit-out (executive lounges, high-end office fit outs, etc.), retail fit-out (high-end shopping, catering, etc.) and operational (general building works). Applicants must submit evidence of commercial and retail fit-out works in their response to Rfi. Subject to the above, the Contracting Authority intends to place a non-exclusive bespoke Framework Agreement with a select number of Contractors to undertake building works under the Dublin Airport (DAP) Commercial, Operational and Retail Works Framework Agreement which may comprise the design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and putting into service of works and services at Dublin Airport to improve the existing infrastructure.
