Prequalification Framework (Restricted Procedure) for the Establishment of a Framework Tender Panel for Hard Landscaping Contractors. The Government Building Contracts – PW-CF5 Public works contract for Minor Building and Civil Engineering Building Works, designed by the Employer (Contract value - €1,000,000 to €5,000,000.00) and or PW-CF6 Short Public Works Contract (Contract less than €1,000,000.00) – will apply to all contracts entered into.
