The Construction of New Build - Cannon Park Depot

Northern Gas Networks (NGN) are looking for a business to undergo the construction, (including the contractors design elements and associated external works and incoming services), of a new build depot. One single supplier is required to undertake the new build project at the Cannon Park depot located at Marsh Street, Cannon Park, Middlesbrough, TS1 5JH. The works project will include the construction of a completely new depot and subsequent fit out of said depot. Including (and not limited to), office space, meeting rooms, kitchen, WC areas, all associated mechanical and electrical works and extensive external works. NGN have a detailed design for architectural, structural and M&E of this depot - which can be shared upon request. The form of contract is the JCT Intermediate Form of Contract with Contractors Design Portion 2016. Lot 1: This Contract Notice is the first stage of a multistage procurement process which will seek to identify a suitable supplier to undergo this works contract. On receipt of your email NGN will provide further information which will include (and will not be limited to) a full specification including: preliminaries, architectural and structural drawings, along with a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) for completion. Bidders who successfully achieve the specified pass rate (which will be shared with suppliers upon receiving a PQQ) will then be invited to participate in the next stages of the tender event.
