Tigh A Rudha Internal Upgrade 2023-24

Tender description

The project will aim to deliver the alteration and refurbishment of Tigh a Rudha ‘Eventide’ Home for the Eldery to improve service and quality of life for residents and to better meet the needs of the elderly island population. The primary focus of the refurbishment works will address recent condition survey and fire assessment findings and a new internal layout will provide en-suite facilities to six full time residential bedrooms. The refurbishment will also provide for the creation of a Training Room to allow community and intergenerational activities and refurbishment of the existing un-used key worker living accommodation.
