Proposed refurbishment of the existing Sawmills Building, Kells, Co. Meath

Tender description

The works will include the careful demolition of existing external structures and some careful demolitions to Main Building including ground floor slab, stairs and external escape stairs. Repairs and refursbishment will be required to first floor timber floor, windows. roof structure, etc. Main Building will be completely refurbished and existing extensions will be re-constructed. Note that walls of the existing building are mass concrete and date from the 1930's. Works will include new service installations and all associated external works including refurbishment of existing double gate at front entrance to site.
