Minor Works (Building Fabrics)

Tender description

The Bank is seeking a Contractor for a single supplier framework to provide general building works and associated services over an initial 3 year Contract. Each call-off contract will have a value up to £250k (excluding VAT) however this is a non-committal contract. The scope of works and services primarily includes, surveys, design services, construction management, construction build (to include heritage), including associated mechanical & electrical installations or management thereof. Other services linked to the built environment may also be required on a project by project basis. The framework will primarily cover sites in central London and Debden with the option of extending Services to other Bank locations within the UK, as required.
