Tender description

The project consists of conservation works to the dome roof, the clock faces and the clock tower as detailed in the pricing document and design drawings and specifications. Please refer to the attached drawing, methods statements indicating the areas where works are required. A pricing document has been prepared for the build and for the preliminaries pertaining to the contract. The attached pricing document is to be read in conjunction with the drawings and specification and method statements. All required works illustrated on the tender drawings, method statements, specifications are deemed to be included in the tender sum. The contractor is to protect and make good any damage at completion to existing features to be retaining, public areas etc. The contractor shall protect and maintain all existing services take all necessary precautions working at or near them and make good any damage on completion.
