Bishop Burton College has secured Salix funding to provide new and replacement window units in its Main Building & connected University Centre Annex building on its Main Campus in Bishop Burton, Beverley. A plan of the existing buildings is included in the appendices to this tender document. The funding for the works covered by this tender document is secure. The scope of the works to be tendered is as detailed on the tender documentation & is as follows: • Removal of any existing asbestos containing materials which are affected by the project works • Removal of existing window units in the existing Main Building & University Centre Annex building (including all preparation works, removal of existing associated fixings & sealants, provision of any temporary window opening protection/infills to prevent weather ingress, & making good structures, services, and finishes disturbed) • Provision of new replacement window units to the existing Main Building & University Centre Annex building (including all fixings, modifications to existing damp proof courses/detailing, new DPC works, new sealants, & making good structures, services, and finishes disturbed) Additional information: Tender documents have been published to the secure area of the In-tend Education Portal In-Tend Portal.
