<p>Unitas are looking to appoint appoint Subcontractors to carry out the works under our overall supervision. The works are separated out into three lots as follows; <br>LOT 1 Asbestos Removal<br> LOT 2 Scaffolding and General Works <br>LOT 3 Internal Works <br>Overall description of works to 40nr properties is as follows: <br>Re-roofing, leadwork renewal, replacement soffits, fascia's, guttering, pointing repairs, installation of SFS POD weatherboard system, renewal of entrance doors and store doors, installation of low level lighting, hard-wired smoke and heat detection and mechanical extractors and renewal and topping up of loft insulation. <br>Anticipated contract duration is 41.6 weeks.<br>Mobilisation start date 05/05/2023<br>Proposed start date of the works is 20/06/2023 </p> <p>Section 1 start date 20/06/2023, Finish 11/03/2024, duration of 35.6 weeks<br>Section 2 start date 20/06/2023, Finish 05/12/2023, duration of 24 weeks</p> Keywords: Construction
