<p>Unitas are looking to appoint appoint Subcontractors to carry out the works under our overall supervision. The works are separated out into three lots as follows; LOT 1 Asbestos Removal LOT 2 Scaffolding and General Works LOT 3 Internal Works Overall description of works to 122nr properties is as follows: Re-roofing, leadwork renewal, replacement soffits, fascia's, guttering, pointing repairs, removal of existing timber and installation of UPVC weatherboard /EWI and Silicone render, renewal of entrance doors and store doors, installation of low level lighting, hard-wired smoke and heat detection and mechanical extractors and renewal and topping up of loft insulation. Anticipated contract duration is 107 weeks, and addresses will be split into 5 sections. Section 1 start date 14/07/2023, Finish 22/11/2023, duration of 18.6 weeks Section 2 start date 23/11/2023, Finish 17/04/2024, duration of 19.2 weeks Section 3 start date 18/04/2024, Finish 28/06/2024, duration of 10 week Section 4 start date 01/07/2024, Finish 08/01/2025, duration of 25.4 weeks Section 5 start date 09/01/2025, Finish 19/06/2025, duration of 22.2 weeks Proposed project delivery start 02/06/2023 Proposed start on site date of the works is 13/07/2023.
