The Council is seeking a sub-contractor with the capacity to undertake the flooring supply, repair and fitting jobs across the Leeds City Council housing and non housing properties. This includes general flooring, kitchen and bathroom flooring. Housing properties are unoccupied whilst Non-housing properties may be occupied(offices, schools, etc)
