Tender description

Supply and build of new waste export trolley rail structure at Winfrith site. The existing site has waste export trolley rails cast into an existing reinforced concrete ground bearing slab within the Dragon facility. These rails are to be extended beyond the current finishing point into the delivery compound outside the building allowing concrete boxes to be lifted onto flatbed trucks for onward processing. The existing concrete apron external to the building is to be broken-out in part, allowing for the area to be levelled and a new reinforced concrete foundation slab to be constructed. The rail extension is to be cast into these foundations.
