Minor Works Framework (MWF)

Tender description

The University of Strathclyde (the “University”) is seeking to establish a framework agreement to support the delivery of minor works for activities which fall under the lots below: Lot 1 – Works Value GBP 0 - 750,000 Lot 2 - Works Value GBP 750,000 - 4,000,000 Lot 1: Lot 1 – Works Value GBP 0 - 750,000 This lot will include, however, will not be limited to; - Minor capital & maintenance works, refurbishment and fit-outs, including laboratory refurbishments, and capital works within student residences, for projects between a value of GBP 0 - 750,000; and - These will be all trades contracts, including downtakings, joinery, building, plastering, decoration, ceilings, partitioning, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air conditioning, flooring, fire and security alarms, BMS controls etc. Lot 2: Lot 2 – Works Value GBP 750,000 - 4,000,000 This lot will include, however, will not be limited to; - Minor capital & maintenance works, refurbishment and fit-outs, including laboratory refurbishments, and capital works within student residences, for projects between a value of GBP 750,000 - 4,000,000; and - These will be all trades contracts, including downtakings, joinery, building, plastering, decoration, ceilings, partitioning, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air conditioning, flooring, fire and security alarms, BMS controls etc.
