Tender description

The council requires to appoint a main contractor to deliver the Revitalising the Heart of Chesterfield (RHOC) public realm improvement project. The delivery of the works will be managed under the NEC Contract Option A with Activity Schedule. RHOC is part of the Connecting Chesterfield package of interventions to deliver the transformational regeneration of the historic town center.
