Redecoration of external doors, fascia's and soffits

Tender description

At Rivers House, Chelmsford we require redecoration works on external doors, facias and soffits. To include any minor repairs and making good where necessary. The office is a brick built, double-storey building with a hipped roof, and a connected single-storey with flat roof. Fascia's are timber clad, with an overhang to the front of the property on the flat roof. A site survey is recommended and can be made by appointment. Tenders will be evaluated based on price, skills and experience, programme of works and Health and Safety / CDM competence; for further details please see the attached evaluation matrix. As relevant, under CDM (2015) regulations, you would be expected to carry out the role of both Designer, and Contractor/Principal Contractor. Please see the attached Code of Practice for expectations under CDM. Tenders will be reviewed shortly after the closing date of 18/10/23 as work would need to be completed by 22/12/23.
