Tender description

A generic scoping document for painting and decorating has been developed by TfL based on TFL's standard technical requirements. The intention being to apply this scoping document to Essential Works Painting and Decorating requirements. This scope is deemed less complicated and easy to carve out from the backlog of outstanding requests. TfL have scoped our immediate requirement in 5 sites. A schedule of labour rates for this type of service would be required in due course Lot 1: To provide upgrade to the existing facilities. Painting and decorating to various site that are yet to be determined. This will include minor plaster and crack repairs, redecoration of internal ceilings and woodwork
