Tender description
Brighton and Hove City Council are looking to run a limited tender activity to appoint a ventilation contractor to support improvements and maintenance to the councils Housing Stock. We are using this notice to request expressions of interest. The Majority of Brightons current stock is using Nuaire (https://www.nuaire.co.uk/) ventilation systems and therefore the provider must be a Nuaire approved installer / maintenance contractor. Interested contractors should respond to this notice directly to robert.sullivan@brighton-hove.gov.uk; your expression of interest should contain as a minimum: - Your company name - Your company contact details - Confirmation of Nuaire approved status Lot 1: Dependant on the number of interested parties and limited tender procedure involving both Price and Quality elements will be undertaken.
