Uisce Éireann (the Contracting Entity) intends to procure provider(s) for Facilities Management, Minor projects and Cleaning. The Contracting Entity has a requirement for these services throughout its head office and national estate. A detailed scope can be found in the RFI (Request for Information) document attached to this notice. The purpose of this RFI is to investigate and ascertain from the market potential solutions to service this requirement. In advance of a procurement activity, Uisce Éireann is conducting a market sounding exercise to understand what is available in the market and will suit its needs. This PIN notice is intended to find interested parties who wish to engage with Uisce Éireann in this exercise. Uisce Éireann may invite up to six interested parties with proven experience in facilities management services to present and show case their offering in a workshop in the Uisce Éireann Offices.
