Supplementary Request for Tender sRFT for Inspection, testing and Servicing of local authority domestic Oil fuel burning devices and associated systems in Tipperary.

Tender description

1. Works Location: Local Authority occupied domestic dwellings within the Tipperary County. It is estimated that the total current number of oil boilers operational in local authority dwellings countywide as follows: Ref AREAS Nr. Of BOILERS (APPROX.) 1 Nenagh LEA 450 2 Newport LEA 250 3 Roscrea-Templemore LEA Excl. 4 Thurles LEA 570 5 Carrick on Suir LEA 470 6 Clonmel LEA 300 7 Cahir LEA 300 8 Cashel-Tipperary LEA 730 Total 3070 It is planned to service all oil boiler units on a phased basis over contract period subject to agreement on access with tenants. It’s likely that the above number may be reduced or increased where such access isn’t readily available. Service Provider shall have responsible to liaise with tenant and arrangements for access as per allocated task orders. This contract will run for 1 year form the date of award with an option of extending a further 12 months at the discretion of Tipperary County Council. 1.
