The works involve the renovation and upgrading works to the Oldcastle Show Hall building to the client’s requirements and comply with current building regulations. The works relate to - External insulation / internal wall insulation - scaffolding erection surrounding building. - external wall insulation - external plastering - removal and refitting of guttering and downpipes. - reveal repairs. - windows removal and replacement - window cills replacement External wheelchair access - break out existing paths placed. - excavate soil below paths. - excavate drainage pipes. - cleaning of external wall and tanking same - place new drainage pipes and gullies - connect at lower level to existing manholes. - place wheelchair access to 3no doors complete with aco drain - place new paths Electrical upgrades - design and install new electrical panel - place external electrical installations - upgrade lighting internally - place heating controls Stage works. - place new stage lighting - place sound system Security - place camera system to building externally. - Ventilation - Place mechanical ventilation system - Place bathroom extracts and fresh air.
