Liskeard Public Hall WC Refurbishment

Tender description

Liskeard Town Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment of the ladies and gents toilet facilities at The Public Hall, 3-5 West Street, Liskeard. The works are to commence August 2023. You are required to provide your required contract period which will be entered into the JCT Minor Works 2016 contract under clause 2.2. The site may be inspected by arrangeent with Charlotte Kelshall of Le Page Architects on 01752 849880. The schedule of works costed against each item, cash flow forecast and outline programme and completed 'form of tender' is to be sealed in a marked envelope and returned to Le Page Architects, Plumer House, Tailyour Road, Crownhill, Plymouth, PL6 5DH not later than 12 noon on Wednesday 26 July 2023. Alternatively, tenders maybe returned via email to ckelshall@lepagearchitects.com in a clearly headed email.
