Take down existing contaminated plaster work and joinery. Alter existing layout to suit new usage. Reinstate plasterwork and joinery . Gas heating installation. Electrical rewire Kitchen and bathroom installation Tenders will be assessed using a two stage open tender process. Stage 1 consists of the ESPD documentation with Stage 2 consisting of the tender documentation (Quality Questionnaire and Pricing document) Responses in relation to Stage 1 will be assessed with reference to the Contract Details & SPD(S) Standardised Statements and your response and evidence supplied will be assessed and scored on the basis of a points based evaluation model, as described in this document. Only those scoring 75% or above in their Stage 1 score will proceed to the next stage where the tenders and Quality Questionnaire responses will be considered in accordance with the scoring document for that section.
