Provision of Management Development at RBGE We are looking to partner with a consultancy experienced in providing management development to enhance those capabilities among our line management cohort. Options and costs around the provision of management development programmes at three different levels: new managers mid-level management senior managers In total this will be around 70-80 individuals. We are open to different styles of delivery, whether solely classroom-based or on-line or a mixture of both, and closed or open programmes. We will also consider different lengths of programmes, although would anticipate any delivery being at least 2 days in length as a minimum. Delivery can be carried out in short intensive blocks, or spread out over longer periods of time through a 12 month (max.) period. We would anticipate each of the levels of management outlined above having a separate programme of development based around their different needs.
