Tender description
The contract is for the appointment of a Civil Works Contractor for the Archaeological supervised and monitored reduced level dig to formation level at the Orchard site in order to de-risk the site from an archaeological perspective in advance of the proposed redevelopment of the site. This will be a standalone enabling works contract in advance of the main works contract for the construction of residential accommodation on the site. Please note that a separate tender competition is running in parallel for the appointment of an Archaeologist to supervise the works.
