Tender description

Circle Voluntary are inviting tenders in respect of Periodic Servicing, Inspections, Routine and Responsive Maintenance including Out of Hours Emergency Callouts, Void Property Works, Major Works and Technical Inspections to their housing stock. The housing stock is located in Dublin City and the Counties of Clare, Cork, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown, Fingal, Kildare, Limerick, Louth, Meath, South Dublin, Tipperary, Waterford, Wexford and Wicklow Lot 1: Lot 1 - Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works - Dublin City and Counties of Fingal, Louth and Meath Undertake all trades Responsive Maintenance Works including emergency callouts arising during the working day and out of hours emergency callouts and Void Property Works which may include major component renewals (Kitchens, bathrooms, rewires etc) to their various dwellings, estates and schemes. Once activated and logged in , users will need the following code to register for their Tender Documentation: CV1001 Lot 2: Lot 2 - Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works - Counties of Clare, Cork, Dun-Laoghaire-Rathdown, Kildare, Limerick, South Dublin, Tipperary, Waterford, Wexford and Wicklow Undertake all trades Responsive Maintenance Works including emergency callouts arising during the working day and out of hours emergency callouts and Void Property Works which may include major component renewals (Kitchens, bathrooms, rewires etc) to their various dwellings, estates and schemes. Once activated and logged in , users will need the following code to register for their Tender Documentation: CV1001 Lot 3: Lot 3 - Heating Services - Eire Wide Undertake Heating Services – Domestic Heating Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations to their various dwellings, estates and schemes which may include major component renewals, fuel switches etc. The Service may include in respect of gas, lpg, oil, sold fuel and electric heating and hot water appliances and installations the following: • Periodic inspections, testing, servicing and certification; • Routine and responsive maintenance including responding to breakdown callouts and provision of replacement parts; • Major component renewals ; • Renewal or provision or fuel switching of central heating installations • Checking, testing smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detectors Once activated and logged in , users will need the following code to register for their Tender Documentation: CV1001 Lot 4: Lot 4 - Electrical Services - Eire Wide Provide servicing, repairs and installation works to their various dwellings, estates and schemes. The electrical servicing, repairs and installation works to includes but is not limited to the inspection, servicing, testing and certification of domestic and communal electrical installations and breakdown callouts, repairs and maintenance to domestic and communal electrical installations including electric heating, renewal of domestic and communal electrical installations Once activated and logged in , users will need the following code to register for their Tender Documentation: CV1001
