Tender description

The project consists of the replacement of the existing Revolving Door with a new larger diameter door and emergency escape doors including all associated works at Mayo University Hospital. As part of the works, the contractor is required to construct a temporary entrance lobby via the existing emergency escape door adjacent to the existing revolving door. This Lobby shall fully comply with the requirements of Part B and Part M of the Building Regulations to provide safe access and egress for all patients and visitors during the works. The works contractor will be responsible for the Prevention of Nosocomial Invasive Aspergillosis during Construction / Renovation Activities The project involves working on a live hospital site with resulting requirements for the Works Contractor to fully comply with HSE Estates Health and Safety Management System Index and protocols and also comply and compile all COVID 19 documentation in line with Government guidelines At Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar,
