Works consist of removal of all existing ground (concrete/tarmac/grass/planting) surfaces and construct a new paved area consisting of paved, grassed surfaces along with new public lighting. The existing 2No. trees are to be protected and the rose bushes and planting areas stone facing to be reused. There are 2No. new uncontrolled crossing points to be constructed along with cycle and car parking bays along with all ancillary underground services.
