Tender description

The requirement is to establish a framework of augmentation providers to undertake a range of delivery, migration, support, and knowledge-transfer activities for a range of portfolio projects intended to improve, rationalise, and modernise software-based systems that support services across the Councils directorates, and upskill and provide support to teams within IDS. Lot 1: Digital Engineering and Integration The requirement is to establish a framework of augmentation providers to undertake a range of delivery, migration, support, and knowledge-transfer activities for a range of portfolio projects intended to improve, rationalise, and modernise software-based systems that support services across the Councils directorates, and upskill and provide support to teams within IDS. Lot 1: Provision of resource to work on a range of digital and infrastructure projects to develop robust, efficient, and scalable solutions as part of the Councils larger Digital Transformation programme. Lot 2: Digital Solutions and Automation The requirement is to establish a framework of augmentation providers to undertake a range of delivery, migration, support, and knowledge-transfer activities for a range of portfolio projects intended to improve, rationalise, and modernise software-based systems that support services across the Councils directorates, and upskill and provide support to teams within IDS. Lot 2: Provision of resource to work across a range of digital solution areas focused on delivering efficient business processes, enhanced customer experiences, and digital transformation initiatives. Lot 4: Provision of specialist resource who will across a broad range of initiatives, and who will provide experience and expertise in User Research, User Experience, User Interface Design and Capability and Feature definition and design Lot 5: IT Operations and Support Services The requirement is to establish a framework of augmentation providers to undertake a range of delivery, migration, support, and knowledge-transfer activities for a range of portfolio projects intended to improve, rationalise, and modernise software-based systems that support services across the Councils directorates, and upskill and provide support to teams within IDS. Lot 5: Provision of specialised resources responsible for providing operations and support services, Service Centre, Technical Desktop, SharePoint and Voice and Data Communications.
