Tender description

The works consist of the change of use from former courthouse and living quarters to office and exhibition / event spaces. Demolition of a single storey annex to the side and rear of the courthouse. Demolition of internal elements to provide new exhibition / event spaces, first floor walkway and ancillary accommodation. Repair and replacement of timber sash windows, rainwater goods and repointing of stonework. New single storey extension to facilitate a cafe / ancillary office space with new entrance and the formation of a patio space adjacent to the public footpath and to the rear courtyard. Alterations to site works to include new security gates, boundary treatments, landscaping and connections to public sewer. New signage and external uplighters.
