Tender description

The works comprise the renovation of the bathroom facilities of domestic properties. 1+1+1 contract based on quality. 9 in year 1 and 10 in year 2 and 10 in year 3 with the estimated value including all 3 years. The works comprise the renovation of the bathroom facility of tenanted properties to HfL's specification. The contract is 1 + 1 + 1 with the award of year 2 and 3 based on the quality of the works measured by the KPIs listed in Document F. In year 1 there are 9 bathrooms, in year 2 10 bathrooms and in year 3 10 bathrooms.
