GB-Rickmansworth: Leavesden Country Park Entrance Widening Scheme

Tender description

Three Rivers District Council is seeking a Design and Build Contractor to undertake a series of Civil Engineering works to the Entrance of Leavesden Country Park. Works are to include: Widening of the Entrance; Installation of a Pedestrian Island; Replace and install a vehicle height restriction barrier; Removal and replacement of Automatic Electric Access Gates; Various Wall and Railings works; Road Surfacing and Lining; Railings works; Shrub and Tree Clearance as required by the works. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
